I would imagine that if you say you want sunkissed,honey, and golden blonde highlights and refer to your picture they will know what you want. And if it turns out and you don't like it, tell them, they SHOULD fix it for you and you should NOT be charged. Be sure of what you want, you can't change your hair color as quickly as your purse ;-)
