Yes i am a guy, male. I am 17. I had waist long hair when i was 4 and it has never been short since, i wont cut it. any ways i can get it off my back or keep it confined still showing its length, it is really silky, and shiny and not ratty at all

well i would cut it, but if you like it that way then i think that is a very unique and cool hairstyle! maybe you can put it in a ponytail. i really don't know any other hairstyles that guys w/ long hair would wear but i hope this helps =)

just tie it back, theres not much else you can do since you are a guy...you could do what one anime character by the name of Neji Hyuuga does, (google his name to get pics of him), he ties his hair with an elastic but near to bottom (some pics of him will show you what i mean) thats also another way of doing it :)

Dude, as a former long haired guy, with now super short buzzed cut, I can firmly say, you have two options.

1. Wear it down.

2. Wear it up in a pony tail.

If you do it any other way, you risk being taken for as...well...let's just call it the rainbow persuasion.
