New hair style! I need ideas!?

I have waist length straight dark blonde hair. I have had the same hair style all of my life and I wnrt something new. I have a few layers in it now, but I want something a little more drastic. I do NOT want it really short. The shotrest I want to go is shoulder length. I have a long/oval face shape. Please send pics or describe hairstyles that you think you look good. Thank you!
